The Brief Introduction on Sauna Room of Sunshine Golf Club

The self-contained Sauna Dept. is divided into two section: Gentleman's & Lady's. There are Rest Room, Massage Parlor, Shower Room, Locker Room, VIP Locker Room, Make-Up Room, Toilet, Dry & Wet Steam Room and Hot Water & Ice Water Pool respectively.

The Sauna Room is a place where customer will feel relaxed, energy-recovered, and vigour-regenerated via the function of sauna facility and by the service of massage servant people accordingly.

Observing proper procedure will make the function of sauna and the visitors' requirement met effectively. Generally speaking, the proper procedure is taking disparity sauna, that is hot sauna and icy one. The procedure is as following:

•  To clean your body with warm water before entering;

•  To enter the Steam Room or Shower Room;

•  To leave the Steam Room when you feel sweating;

•  To go into the ice water pool;

•  To enter the Steam Room or Shower Room once again;

•  To make yourself sweat once for the second time;

•  To repeat the above steps for at least 3 times;

•  To go into the Shower Room and clean up the body to end the sauna activity.

When finish showering, taking massage in Massage Parlor or taking rest at Rest Room is also another good choice. It also will make you feel relaxed.
